On another occasion, Sufyan told us. I saw `Ali (رضي الله عنه) doing wudoo’, and he wiped the top of them .
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، مَرَّةً أُخْرَى قَالَ رَأَيْتُ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ تَوَضَّأَ فَمَسَحَ ظُهُورَهُمَا.
